吉林工业大学博士学位论文 比研究。模拟结果表明:多点压机成形可获得曲率分布均匀的制品.采用随动强化材料模型建立了反复多点成形的有限元模型,并就反复弯 曲成形和多点模具成形过程对回弹的抑制作用进行了对比分析,阐明了反复 成形抑制回弹的机理,同时对不同反复成形次数抑制回弹的效果进行了模拟 研究。结果表明:利用反复多点弯曲成形方法可以得到成形精度高,残余应 力值较低的制品,并且随着反复成形次数的增多,成形结果曲率分布趋于均 匀,成形精度亦有所提高。
