摘要本目标建立系统评价指标体系,并对长春市交通运输系统进行了灰色统计评估的实证研究.然后对多个城市交通运输系统的灰色聚类分析问题进行了探讨,设定了灰色聚类指标体系,并对全国35个计划单列市和省会城市的交通运输系统的综合承运状况进行了灰色聚类分析.在第5章一“城市交通运输系统投资规模的优化模型”中,首先对城市交通运输系统的需求与供给进行了分析.然后在确定固定资产投资合理规模的基础上,推出了城市交通运输系统投资合理规模的确定方法.在第6章一“城市交通运输系统投资结构的优化模型”中,首先对多目标规划的数学模型及建模步骤进行了简述.
