摘要 养老保险是社会保险制度的核心和重要组成部分,对国家的社会安定 和经济发展起着重要的作用。我国是人口大国,近年来,我国人口老龄化的 进程不断加快,人口老龄化的形势十分严峻。老年人口的不断增多,特别是 许多老工业城市离退休人数的逐年增加,使得原有的那种退休金由国家和 企业包揽的办法将难以为继。因此,改革原有的养老金筹集办法,建立一套 新型的养老保险制度已成为当前及今后一段时期内急需研究和解决的社会 问题.从世界各国的养老保险制度来看,尽管各个国家的社会制度不同,经济 发展水平不一,建立社会保险制度的时间及工业化程度不一致,但是它们的 养老保险制度却在很多方面存在相同的地方,因为这是历史经验Abstract Endowment insuranceis animportantapartment and the centre of social insurance system.It takes effect importantly in social stability and economy development.China is a big country for population.In recent years,The speed of ageingpopulation of china is soing rapialy.So we have to choose the third model which is belong to part accumulation.This is an inevitable choiceof China.On the basement of analysis above,this paper gives some ideas about the reforming of endowment insuranceof China.
