摘 要 冠心病是严重危害老年人身体健康的常见病,是导致老年人死 的主要原因之一。老年冠心病的早期诊断,了解心功能的变化规律是 指导临床及时治疗、降低死亡率的关键环节,因此,迫切需要一种与 期诊断老年冠心病,评价心功能变化既安全又有效的方法。平衡法交 射性核素心室造彩是利用心电图R波作为生理触发信号,同步采集多 个心动周期各不同时期的一系列影像,用以反映心脏收缩和舒张全立 程的方法,应用本方法可司时获得心脏功能参数和以功能参数建立的 功能图像,为老年冠心病的早期诊断提供了安全可靠、灵敏度高、天 创伤性的检测方法。
