吉林工业大学硕士学位论文 摘要 语言学家认为,语言是动态发展的,不断变化的。这种变化受政治、经济、科技、文化诸多因素的影响。语言的变化集中体现在词汇上。词汇是语言的预 制构件(Bolinger,1981:p59),充分体现了政治、经济、科技和文化对语言的影 响。本文通过对近些年英美社会产生新词的途径、方式和领域进行分析,旨在 探索新词构成过程中的语言、心理、历史和文化因素.新词是指由于社会、经济、政治、文化、心理、科学和技术变革等原因新 创造出的词或者为适应新的场合赋予了新的词义的词.弓言简要说明语言与词汇的关系.正文分为五章。第一章介绍新词的定义,产生途径和Collins世纪百词。
