DDH各30例。其平均年龄分别为9月±1(5.11*月):17月士 3(12-23*月):26月土2(24.36月)。治疗采用麻醉下患侧内收肌松 解,手法复位及石膏或聚胺脂绷带固定9-12个月。测定(量)各病例复位前,复位后6个月,12个月,24个月患侧、正常侧髋白指数(AI)、髋白指数深宽 比[AI(D/W)]和治疗后12个月、24个月股骨头中心距离差数百分比(CHDD)结果:1.各年龄组单侧DDH经闭合复位治疗后24个月时,患侧髋白AI:(1 岁组平均减少12°,1-2岁组平均减少10°,>2岁组平均减少10°。
