摘要 基于上述的研究分析和我们原有的工作基础,提出用Kr紫激光做激发光源、处理功能的激光荧光肺癌诊断与定位的实验系统。实验验证的结果表明,该系统 能有效地消除自体荧光给诊断带来的影响,大大提高了荧光图像衬比度,实现了消 除假阳性和假阴性误诊的目标。
