计算机应用的界面特征和决策策略 摘要 在计算机等新技术的应用中,人与计算机的对话与界面特征以 及系统开发的计划与决策效率,是使工作取得成效的关键因素。本 研究通过对瑞典和中国的40多家企业中657名各类人员所进行 的五项研究。系统地分析了计算机应用的界面特征和决策策略。研 究的基本假设是,在计算机应用中,编程技能、系统联系和参与应 用等是人与计算机界面的关键维度,直接影响着界面的各方面特征 和界面不确定性,进而决定着计算机应用成效.系统开发中可以采 用相应的参与、技能和系统对策,系统开发决策认知加工策略,受 到决策信息特征和决策辅助信息的影响。
