本文从富国富民这一较新的角度考察了《管子》的经济思想.本文认为,《管子》的富国富民思想由富国富民的必要性,富 国富民的途径,富国密民的关系三部分内容构成.《管子》面临着两大时代任务,即巩固封建制度、实现全国统 一。《管子》阐明了富国富民对于完成上述两大时代任务的重大意 义,从而论证了富国富民的必要性.《管子》认为,流通领域不创造财富,生产劳动才是财富的源 泉。由此它将富国富民的基点建立在发展生产上,它看到,农业生 严是一国财富增长的主要来源,手工业生产、“山海之利”、对外 贸易则是一国财富增长的次要来源。
