论文提要 农民问题作为武汉时期的中心问题,是许多党史工作者所注意 和研究的问题,但他们多侧重于论述中国共产党的农民政策,而忽 视了对国民党的农民政策的研究。本文试图从当时的具体历史条件 出发,论述国民党对解决土地问题的路线、方法、步骤和态度,力 求对国民党的农民政策有一个比较客观的认识.文章的内容由三部分组成:第一部分主要对国共两党关于解决土地问题的两条不同的路线 作一比较。对于中共的自下而上路线,文章从它所必须具备的条件 入手,分析了我党的理论准备、组织力量、武装力量和政权保障,认为实行这条路线的主观条件是不具备的。
