屈光不正、年龄与近点调节力的关系 摘要 近点调节力的测定是检查眼调节功能的方 法之一。本文通过测定484.人,862眼的单眼 近点调节力,分析屈光不正、年龄、戴眼镜情 况.性别、眼别等因素与近点调节力的关系.用Duane调节尺测定近点调节力,尺的零点 位置距角膜顶点12mm,与试镜架上眼镜片距 角膜顶点距离一致.Slataper双黑线视标。测定 时将视标缓慢移近被检眼,以视标线刚看成模 糊处为调节近点。无散光眼测90和180方向调节 近点距离,散光眼测散光方向和无散光方向调 节近点距离。然后检查全屈光,计算出近点调 节力屈光度。
