组织肿瘤标本细胞核DNA含量前瞻性的研究,结果显示:6例良 性肿瘤均为二倍体.15例侵袭性肿瘤8例为二倍体,7例为异倍 体,异倍体检出率为46 .29例恶性肿瘤,3例为二倍体,26 例为异倍体,异倍体检出率88。与Xiang报道的异倍体检出 率为90 相近。12例骨肉瘤均为异倍体,本组侵袭性肿瘤异 倍体以低异倍体多见,恶性肿瘤以三倍体、高异倍体,双干系 多见。骨肉瘤均为三倍体、高异倍体、双干系、无低异倍体.说明三倍体、高异倍体、双干系检出表示该肿瘤恶性程度高。
