本文还对青霉素G钠盐模拟料液在填料塔中的传质特性进行了探索 性的研究,塔由内径60mm的有机玻璃制成,用小磁拉西环(型号3mm)作为填料,填料层高度50-75mm、以富含(NH)2S0的下相为固定相,富 含PEG的上相为分散相,测定了PEG2000/(NH)S0、PEG4000/(NH)2S0 PEG6000/(NH)S0。双水相系统中分散相传质系数kDa和分散相含率D 随分散相流率V的变化规律。结果表明,随着分散相流率的增加,分散 相传质系数kpa和分散相含率D都随之增大。
