浙江大学研究生学位论文用纸．P.本文建立的实时测量系统具有以下特点:测量精确可靠,重复性测试的离散度远小于 ±5 .测量过程简单迅速,双缝法测量只须一分钟左 右,空间频率法测量也只要十分钟即可.测量范围较广,双缝法为 8 μm～ looo μm,空 间频率法为 8μm.4o μm.配上适当的传感器件,不但可以测量光量,而 且还可以测量电量和磁量。
