浙江大学研究生学位论文用纸P.ABSTRACT With the method of weighing,in this work,the influence factors of Ultrafiltration membrane foulingonethanolfermentationsolutionandthe principles of these factors have been studied.Also theinfluenceofmembranestructureonthereduct-thsomeexperimentalresultsandmicrographs.浙江大学研究生学位论文用纸P.In the range of pressure 1-3 atm,the higher the pressure used,the heavier the membrane be fouled.and also,in the range oftemperature 30-60 C,the higher the temperatureused,theheavier the membrane befouled,On the contrary,the faster the solution flows,the lighter the membrane be f浙江大学研究生学位论文用纸P.构的不同而造成通量减少程度的不同.对荷电性膜的研究表明,荷电膜表面的治染吸附,主要取决于膜与溶质之间的电性作用;而非荷电膜随 PH值不同而形成的吸附量变化曲线则说明,在非荷电 膜中对活染起主导作用的是范德华力.污染吸附随浓度的增加而增大,在一定的浓度范 围内,浓度与平衡吸附之间的关条,满足F七aundich公式,因此,可心这用Fleunelich公式对万同浓度的溶液在膜 上的注染吸附量作出预测.超滤的操作条件,对膜活染的吸附有一定的影响。
