【漫反射测量确定活体生物组织光学特性】.pdf
浙江大学研究生学位论文用纸P.摘要 目前,激光医学和激光生物子发展迅 速,但是在基础研究和床应用中,缺乏无损測定活体生物组织光特性,从而推测组织内走分布的方法。本文 提出一种利用组织表面漫反射光分布 来推算生物组织光子特性的方法,可 达到此目的。该方法是建立在改进的 分立格点模型基础上的。该模型与以 前的分立格点模型的差别已做了比较.实验在模拟生物组织光子特性的液体 模型上进行.结果表明,用本方法推算 出的吸收系数和有效散射系数等光子 特性参数与用透射测量法直接得到 的结果相符。
