浙江大学硕士论文 摘要 摘要 随着医学影像数字化的发展,形成了对大量医学影像数据的分布式管理与 应用的学科一医学影像学。现代医学影像信息的组织形式是分布式的。传统的图 像系统的处理对象是本地数据,需要通过网络下载实现远程数据本地化。这种工 作模式影响了分布式影像浏览的实时性,长时间的等待给医务工作者带来了不 便,为医疗影像信息化的推广设置了巨大的障碍。远程图像数据浏览的实时性问 题,是分布式医学信息系统应用中一个迫切需要解决的课题。而医学影像数据的 多样性,进一步增加了该问题的复杂性。
