南京大学博士研究生毕业论文 摘要 本文研究了条斑紫菜(PorphyrayezoensisUeda)和双齿围沙蚕(Perinereis aibuhitensisGrube)两种丰产海洋生物中的活性物质,现已取得如下阶段性结果:利用离子交换柱层析(DE-23)和凝胶柱层析(SephadexG-200)对条斑紫菜热水提取 物中的多糖进行了分离纯化,从条斑紫菜中共获得四种不同的紫菜多糖,并用柱层析 法测出这四种多糖PY1、PY2、PY3和PY4的分子量分别为2×10、2×10、1 ×10和1×104。
