Abstract In the present thesis,we use the Ginzburg-Landau phenomenological theory to study thetwokinds oflayeredferroelectricsystems:theferroelectric superlattice and the ferroelectric sandwich structure, then discuss the influence of the long-range couplinginteractiononthebehaviorof thesesystems.
