摘要 本文研究了全球热带海气系统的变率及其相互作用机制,并对全球海况异 常与亚洲季风和中国汛期降水的影响进行了深入的分析,揭示和发现了一些新 的事实。主要结论如下:三大洋海况异常及与ENS0的相关特征 最近20年中,热带印度洋、大西洋区域海气相互作用与ENSO循环具有显著的同期相关关系。当太平洋ENSO暖位相时,赤道太平洋为西风距平,赤道 印度洋和大西洋均为东风距平,此时,印度洋SSTA为正距平,大西洋SSTA为 负距平。对1950～1998年的资料分析表明:热带西印度洋与东太平洋SSTA的 正相关从1950年以来都很显著,而东太平洋与东大西洋SSTA之间的相关性则 存在着明显的年代
