引言 世纪之交的社会转型为中国的道德建设提供了新的发展契机,新形势 下学术界的讨论主要集中在两个问题,一是讨论中国传统道德如何适应 现代化的发展.二是关注在中国传统道德体系之外的新道德领域开拓和 新道德思想的发展。前者已有大量的论著详细论述,而对后者的研究投 入笔墨不是很多。契约精神是从西方引入并在社会转型过程中成长起来 新的道德精神,它来自商品经济(市场经济)所派生的契约关系及其内 在原则,是基于一般交换关系而焕发出的自由、平等、人权、理性等伦 理精神。
