中国网站企业经营发展及其融资问题研究 第一章网络和网络经济 第一节因特网和网站企业介绍 1.INTERNET的发展历程 INTERNET是计算机网络时代的产物,它的起源可以追溯到冷战时期 的美国国防部,为了能够在发生核战争时保证美军内部的通信联络,国防部 下令其下属的美国国防部高级研究计划局(ADVANCEDRESEARCH PROJECTAGENCY,即ARPA)对此进行研究。1969年,ARPA建立起 一个由4台计算机互联的分组交换实验网络,联网用户为2000个,当时许 多为美国工作的科研人员都是ARPANET来交换信息。
