前言 世界贸易组织(WorldTradeOrganization,缩写为wTO)是根据(维也纳条 约法公约》于1995年1月1日成立的独立联合国LN)的一个常没性国际经济组 织。WTO的前身是成立于1947年的“关税与贸易总协定”(GeneralAgreementon TariffandTrade.缩写为ATT)xTO具备健全的国际法人资格,它通过贸易政 策审议机制、争端解决机制、补贴纪律、可持续发展、服务贸易自由化、知识产权保 护、贸易政策法规的透明度等基本原则,对世界经济贸易的发展产生重大影响。
