管理为例,分析了C/S结构的解决方案,提出了这种结构开发的思路和技 术路线。在系统功能的实现过程中,市、镇两级国王管理部门要进行一定 的信息交流和分工协作,作为客户端的镇级国土管理部门功能模块与市级 国土管理部门的服务器端功能模块差别较大,服务器端不仅要进行日常事 务的管理,还要提供用地登记、土地利用变更和打印等自动化服务。管理 系统以Delphi设计界面和管理数据库,利用Socket技术建立网络连接,实 现客户、服务器之间的通信,利用OLE技术集成MapX的GIS功能。
