华中科技大学博士学位论文 摘要 随着WDM信道数的增加和单通道速率的提高,光纤的非线性、群速度色散、偏 振模色散、累积的EDFA噪声和各类串话等都会对信号造成严重损伤,使光信号的脉 冲展宽、消光比和信噪比下降,时间抖动增加,从而限制了网络节点的级联能力,最 终限制了系统和网络的传输速率和距离。2R(Re-amplifying,Re-shaping)再生可以减 小信号的幅度噪声,改善信号的消光比,但是无法解决时间抖动的问题。全光3R再 生(Re-amplifying,Re-shaping,andRe-timing)是解决上述所有问题的最有效方法。
