华中科技大学博士学位论文 其变化规律,悬浮滑块跟随盘片复杂模态振动的能力及跟随误差,以及滑块在受到 位移冲击和盘面凸起缺陷冲击的情况下保持姿态稳定及快复稳定姿态的能力(时间 长短)通过以上研究得到了以下结果:1)确定了两种滑块的几何参数(尺寸)及加载 力参数以及对应于滑块最小飞高容差的各参数的容差.2)得出了加载力参数及滑块 各几何参数影响系统静态性能(平衡姿态)的规律及权重系数:3)给出了基于上述 影响规律的系统静态性能稳定度的统计分析方法.4)给出了浮动系统动力参数(刚 度、阻尼、固有频率)及其变化特性的仿真测试方法与结果.
