摘要 本文循着从细胞膜到膜内物质,外源性物质与细胞作用的逻辑线索,运用电 子自旋共振捕获、标记和Fura一2显微荧光测量、ATPase测定法和Ellman试剂法 等生物物理和生物化学先进技术和方法研究硒化合物与大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞 的相互作用,完成了以下五方面的工作:1.合成了两种含葡萄糖和丙氨酸的Ebselen的类似物(以下分别简称Eb一A 和Eb一G),为合成含糖和氨基酸类Ebselen的类似物,探讨了合成方法.2.用电子自旋共振捕获和鲁米诺化学发光法,研究亚硒酸钠(Na2SeOs)、Eb selen、Eb一A和Eb一G清除活性氧自由基的能力。
