摘要 高技术产业代表着世界经济未来发展趋势,寻求促进高技术产业迅速成长 的途径,是当今世界每一个国家所面临的艰巨任务.本文以半导体产业在近半个世纪中的全部发展历程为研究对象,着重从技 术创新的角度,运用动态、进化及比较的分析方法,对这一产业的主要成长规律 进行了深入研究.作者首先对半导体产业的技术经济特征进行了分析。可以看出,随着产业 成长阶段的推移,半导体产业的特征由晶体管时期的产品结构单一、市场进入 壁垒较低、以相对劳动密集生产方式为主,演变成超大规模集成时期之后的产 品结构复杂、产品日超系统化、迅速提高的市场进入壁垒。
