三皂式有显著的抑精作用,并显示出明显的构效关系和量效关系,其中大花双参武B(triplosideB)的体外抑精活性比壬苯醇醚高十倍.对商陆(PhytolaccaacinosaRoxb.总皂武也进行了体外抑精活性研究,结果表明,人精子对商陆总皂贰敏感程度较免精子稍高。但无明显种间差异.对苦豆子(SophoraalopecuroidesL.中7种唾喏里西定生物碱的抑精活性进行了研究。其中苦豆碱的抑精活性较强,氧化苦参碱无抑精作用,并显示明显的构效关系.对抑精活性成分苦豆碱进行了系统的药学评价,包括:抑菌、抗病毒、一般药理学及毒理学实验等,并对苦豆藏的开发利用进行了初步探讨。
