本研究成果用于生产实践,为黄河用高扬程水泵提供了新的铸造合金材料及其铸造工 艺技术.为黄河水利资源的进一步开发利用创造了条件。同时也节省了原来拟从国外引进 黄河用泵抗磨材料技术的外汇,为国家重点工程作出了应有的贡献。
HCWCItoproducecomplicated-constructurecasting,theaffectsofdifferentinoculants andratioofCr and C(Cr/C)onpropertyofinternal stress of HCwCIwere studied.Their metallographyanddislqcation were observed,therelation amongthe stress of casting、thermal conductivityand microstructure ofHCwCIwereapproached.
