N元素后,会使Ti(C,N)晶粒周边的包覆层厚度减薄(约0um厚)且包覆层图象变得模糊。对相界面取向关系的测定结果表明:Ti(C,N)/Ni相界面未有固定的取向关系。RE元素呈球状稀土化合物 形式分布在TiC/钢基体的相界面上,对界面实质起到了一种净化作用,并使界面的润湿性得到改善,界面结合强度得到增强.实验对硬质材料的相界面作了高分辨观察,发现在Ti(C,N)基金 属陶瓷的相界面上,存在80-100A宽度并呈微晶化的过渡层,它有利 于Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷抗弯强度的提高。
