缩松缺陷而导致的废品率,有效地提高了生产率和经济效益.在温度场测试的基础上,对比研究了冷铁和石墨砂激冷块对铸铁组织的影 响,并结合球铁曲轴进行了生产试验。利用球铁三维凝固模拟软件,模拟了球铁 曲轴在冷铁、石墨砂、无激冷块三种工艺条件下的凝固过程,并在现场进行曲轴 和铸型的温度场测试,试验分析及组织观察的结果表明,石墨砂可以有效地消 除曲轴的缩松缺陷,达到与冷铁相同的效果。这一结论为石墨砂的广泛应用开 辟了新领域。
