一组目标值,结合决策者的偏好以及对目标的评价,决定是否调整初始方案,如需要调整,借助专家知识确定调整步长和调整方向.1、通过正交试验设计,将问题的可行方案集离散,离散的点均匀地分布在可行区域中,比较好地代表了整个可行区域。对每一个离散的点(方案),通过因果关系模型,获得对应的一组目标值。然后,对多组目标值进行评价,找出决策者的满意解或近优解.决策过程中的关键是根据领域问题的性质和决策者对问题了解的程度建立决策方案与多目标测度值的因果关系模型。作者研究表明,模拟模型和人工神经网络模型都能很好地表现MODMinUE问题的决策方案与多目标测度值之间的因果关系。
