摘要胞内游离钙离子是一种胞内重要的第二信使,它调控着细胞的许多重要生命活动。胞内游离钙离子浓度(Ca)受通过钙离子选择性通道的钙离子流人、胞内钙离子缓冲物质(Cabuffer)以及胞内各种钙清除机制的调控。为了更好的了解钙离子的作用机制和胞内钙信号的动态调节机制,本课题采用全细胞膜片钳技术,结合单细胞荧光[Ca]测量技术和钙离子紫外光释放技术研究了肾上腺嗜铬细胞内[Ca]的动态过程和一些调节机制.本论文的第一章为绪论部分,介绍了涉及本课题的一些背景、目前尚待解决的问题和本课题的选题依据.
