华中理工大学博士学位论文 摘要 数论是最古老的数学分支之一,但几乎最难找到它的实际应用。直到本世纪 50一60年代,随着数字计算机技术的迅速发展,才出现了余数制数字计算和余 数制信号处理系统。余数制的高精度和并行处理等特征引起了人们的兴趣。尤 其在实时信号处理方面,它更具有独特的优越性。70一80年代曾掀起一个研究 和应用余数制信号处理的高潮。由于其它许多新的信号处理方法层出不穷,又由 于余数制曾被局限于纯算法研究中,从而对其研究的热情渐渐冷了下来。但是,余数制毕竞有其别的数制无法替代的优点,因此,发挥并利用这些优点于信号处 理,的确是一个值得重视的研究方向。
