华中理工大学博士学位论文的平均溶解速率为26nmmin和14nmmin一,化学激活能分别为23KJmol 一和KJmol。而非晶膜在75C时,在85 的HPO溶液和在20C时,0M 晶膜在HPO.中的激活能为KJmol。并且从微观结构方面对实验结果做了解释.5、制备研究了AIN/AI/Si和AIN/Cu/Si双层膜,结果表明,双层膜具有良好的抗氧化性能,说明使用气体放电辅助反应式激光脉冲溅射沉积法制备的AIN薄膜对金属薄膜有着良好的保护作用。
