华中理工大学博士学位论文 聚合物一金属配位聚合物,其锌的配位聚合物在570nm处有宽带荧光发射,其铜 的配位聚合物I掺杂48hrs后,导电率提高约3个数量级,达6×10*Scm。文 中还采用TG与DTA研究了其热性能.采用了五种DAO一PPP作发光层材料制备了结构为AI/DAO-PPP/ITO的单层 EL器件。器件的起亮电压为9V,DBO一PPP、DHO一PPP、DOO一PPP、DDO一PPP、DTO一PPP器件的最大亮度分别为37、52、63、81、92cd/m°。
