摘要 细胞信号系统的研究是当前生物学和医学的研究焦点和前沿课题。最近十 几年,大量的有关研究论文出现在几乎所有有关生物学的期刊中,大量的研究 人员加入这一研究行列,一些科学奖励包括诺贝尔奖授予在该领域中有贡献的 科学家。同时各种新技术被纷纷引入,分子生物学及各种电生理技术的应用,对这一领域的研究工作产生了巨大的推动作用.质或激素的机制是研究的焦点之一。如何有效地了解细胞分泌的调控机制、Ca2+在分泌过程中发挥怎样的作用以及分泌过程中亚膜区Ca浓度的变化对分泌的 影响,也就成为细胞信号系统的新课题之一。
