华中理工大学博士学位论文 摘要 细胞的胞吐与胞吞是细胞生物学和神经科学研究中的重要内容之一。它涉 及到细胞的膜融合、激素释放、囊泡回收及循环、胞内第二信使Ca*的调控以 及其它生理过程.本文根据目前细胞分泌和突触传递研究中的热点和重点问题,采用穿孔膜 片钳记录技术,将高时间分辨率的细胞膜电容监测技术和安培测量法相结合,对单个分离的牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞的胞吐和胞吞进行了深入研究,主要的创新性 成果如下:实验中首次发现胞吐一过胞吞一胞吐循环规律。
