华中科技大学博士学位论文 力进行分析,建立了滤饼保持模型,确定流化床内高浓度的颗粒对滤饼表面颗粒的碰撞是滤 饼表面颗粒得以连续清除、过滤器不需间歇反吹清灰的主要原因。用黄砂和聚氯乙烯颗粒两 种物料、圆柱型元件和圆锥型元件对新型流化床颗粒层过滤器过滤效果进行了试验研究,得 到新型流化床颗粒层过滤器能有效过滤微细尘粒、物料密度对过滤效果有重要影响、圆锥型元件的过滤效果好于圆柱型元件的结论.论文最后分析了床料循环再生系统的组成、功能及要求,确定了用筛分法分离细灰、使床 料再生的技术路线。实验研究了多级筛分对细灰的分离效率、物料处理量和床料损失率,证 实了用多级筛分的方法分离细灰的可行性。
