华中理工大学博士学位论文 本文还对旋流煤粉燃烧器火焰脱硝机理进行了分析研究,并对-台双调风 旋流燃烧器锅炉火焰脱硝进行了数值模拟。研究了旋流强度、径向浓淡比和采 用OFA对炉内燃烧过程以及NOx生成特性的影响规律.最后,本文在一台300M燃用贫煤锅炉上进行了NOx排放特性的试验研 究。在实炉上,研究了影响煤粉燃烧过程中NOx排放特性的主要因素。研究 表明,过剩空气系数变化时对NOx生成量的影响较人:当OFA的风量增加和 上摆时,NOx排放量降低而飞灰可燃物含量增加。另外,煤粉量分配采用下 多上少时NOx排放量减少。
