华中科技大学博士学位论文 在选择方法方面,本文针对选择过程的不同阶段,提出了相应的搜索、综合 评价和筛选、组合优化以及弹性管理策略。根据核心能力原则,运用基于任务需 求与基本能力匹配的搜索策略,提出了如何从众多的潜在伙伴中初步确定候选伙 伴的解决方案.提出运用灰色局势决策方法与DEA法相结合对候选合作伙伴进 行综合评价、筛选的方法.从整体有效性出发,建立了对虚拟企业伙伴组合进行 优化选择的遗传算法计算模型.提出了出实时调整规则、吸纳规则、淘汰规则、推荐规则和扩充规则组成的合作伙伴关系弹性管理策略.本文还讨论了虚拟企业合作伙伴关系的稳定性问题。
