华中科技大学博士学位论文 本文首次全面系统地研究了武汉地区风险投资业的发展风险,并提出了相应 的规避策略。作为上述风险规避理论研究成果的实际应用,笔者在广泛收集资料 和实地调研的基础上,分析了武汉地区风险投资业存在的融资渠道较窄、缺乏优 秀专业人员、退出渠道不畅、中介机构不健全、配套政策不完善等发展风险,并 从宏观管理、资金来源、投资主体、退出方式、中介机构、管理机制、人才培养、政策支持等方面提出了规避发展风险的策略.本文首次对武汉地区风险投资机构和风险企业进行了科学分类并对其基本特 点作了分析和比较,得出了一些重要结论。
