华中科技大学博士学位论文 响我国脑力劳动者满意度因素和不同类别脑力劳动者的需求因素。针对不同类别 脑力劳动者的需求层次,提出我国脑力劳动者不同优势需求的组合激励模式。最 后,以神州数码公司人员激励方式为案例,进行了激励理论的应用研究.论文主要创新工作概括如下:在分析知识经济时代特点的基础上,预见知识经济时代脑力劳动者将 占大多数,提出消灭体力劳动和脑力劳动差别的正确途径是体力劳动者知识化,使他们逐步转变为脑力劳动者,而不是简单地通过知识分子劳动化与体力劳动者 划等号的观点.设计PM(Profession—Management)框架研究脑力劳动者的分类。
