华中科技大学博士学位论文诊断高压外绝缘材料的早期故障的重要依据。从模糊保护的观点出发并基于实验的结果给出了线路绝缘子诊断的模糊关系矩阵及其模糊隶属度函数,定义了模糊运算规则,给出了保护动作的判据.另外,针对电力系统中现有电量互感器使用中存在着种种问题,本文对光学电最互感器在电力系统测控领域的应用的可能性进行了理论分析,指出了当前光学电最互感器研究中存在的不足在于现有材料本身的缺陷、生产工艺方面的有待进步完等及与传统电力系统设备的兼容等问题,并给出了具体的改进意见.
