华中科技大学博士学位论文 知识管理人剥夺了教师和学生知识管理主体地位,使他们成为被管理技术和权力话语 宰制的对象。教师所代表的专业文化和管理者所代表的科层文化在大学内部形成持续 的紧张关系.知识制度缺乏创新以及内在知识制度与外在知识制度不能形成有效的沟通,必然 带来大学危机的出现。大学危机一方面减缓了大学和社会发展的速度,另一方面也起 到了改进旧制度,催生新规范的作用。在当代大学繁荣的背后,隐藏着众多的诱发大学危机的因素。表现为:大学合法性的理论基础发生动摇,大学内部的制度紧张趋于 激烈,大学学术责任淡漠和学术道德失范现象加剧,大学对社会的期望不能做出及时 应答。
