华中科技大学博士学位论文摘要高校特色化是一个常谈常新的问题。本人选择地方高等农业院校为对象,就其走特色化道路问题进行研究.本文在回顾高等农业院校的发展历程和对新中国的历史贡献的基础上,从透视地方高等农业院校面临的困难、问题及其成因入手,探讨地方高等农业院校的出路问题。本文认为:随着时代的发展和社会的变迁,高等农业院校生存和发展的宏观背景发生了天翻地覆的变化,地方高等农业院校面临着严峻的挑战与危机.形成这种局面的主要原因是一些地方高等农业院校办学无特色。努力形成办学特色,走特色化的发展道路是地方高等农业院校生存和发展的必然选择.从理论上探讨高校特色化问题是本研究的支撑与基础。
