华中科技大学博士学位论文摘要本文针对金刚石钻头的复杂结构,对其强度计算方法进行了深入的研究,建立了工程实用的金刚石钻头强度计算公式,并对影响其强度和寿命的两个重要因素(冠部曲线、复合片齿模具)进行了全面的分析研究。(该研究工作是湖北省自然科学基金重点资助项目“金刚石钻头的抗回旋与动力仿真研究”(编号为2000J133)和“斜端面年轮式模具设计机理研究”(编号为2002AB005)的一部分)金刚右钻头工程实用强度验算公式的研究。该部分分析了金刚石钻头的结构特征,研究了金刚石钻头有限元网格的生成方法和生成技巧等。
