华中科技大学博士学位论文底注并辅以底部补缩.根据不同铸型的铸造工艺要求,针对不同零件的特征,确定不同的重力和非重力铸造方法。研究了重力铸造、真空浇注和真空压差(低压)等铸造工艺,并探讨了真空和压力对铸造充型和凝固过程的作用机理。应用并发的研究成果,成功实现了几类典型铝合金复杂零件的快速铸造和锌基合金注塑模具镶块的快速制造,金属零件(模具)的质量优良,制造时间比常规工艺缩短了70 ～90 .关键词:快速成形,选择性激光烧结(SLS),快速铸造,精确铸造成形,锌基合金。
