华中科技大学博士学位论文基于资源依赖理论揭示了V-转型的另一个原因就是单个企业拥有资源的有限性,使得其无法拥有各个环节的竞争优势,从而必须依赖其他企业的资源以达到提升竞争力的目的.基于核心竞争力理论,揭示了V-转型的出发点是企业必须识别和开发自身的核心竞争力,V-转型的运作过程的实质就是与其他拥有互补核心竞争力的企业进行联合,以达到最优的竞争态势.基于委托代理理论,揭示了V-转型过程中企业和其他合作伙伴之间的委托代理关系,V-转型的成功要素之一就是建立合理的企业和其他合作伙伴之间的合作与委托实现机制.探讨了传统实体企业V-转型的战略决策以及战略实施途径等问题。
